Tripod from 1953 reflects the clean minimalism of Old Masters Hvidt & Mølgaard. A floor lamp built from lacquered steel with brass details, it strikes a delicate balance between the stark simplicity of its design and the softness injected by the curved edges of its base. Although it was designed in 1953, this is the first time it’s ever been in production. Now available in three contemporary colors: Black, Maroon and Moss.

Description: Pendant lamp providing upward and downward light. To be hard wired with canopy into the ceiling. 

Production Process: The shade is made from a single piece of metal spun into shape then matte lacquered. The suspension is made from milled and laser cut bronzed brass or steel which undergoes a special plating process to produce the desired matt finish to complement the shade.

Materials: Lacquered aluminum shade, bronzed brass or plated steel bracket, 19' black textile cord with wire.
